This Yellow Caturra lot was carefully hand-picked and sorted to ensure only the highest quality cherries made the cut. After a meticulous washing process to remove all mucilage, the coffee was sun-dried for 15 days on concrete patios—developing clarity and depth in the cup.

At the heart of this coffee is Hector, who has been deeply involved in his family’s coffee production since childhood. Today, he leads a collective of 10 dedicated farming families in Peru, all united by a shared pursuit of exceptional quality and sustainable growth.

With the support of local coffee associations, Hector has also been instrumental in transforming their farms into agritourism destinations—offering immersive experiences like on-farm auctions and hands-on visits that connect coffee lovers with the people and process behind each cup.

Together, Hector and his extended coffee family are working toward a future that’s not only more prosperous, but more connected and sustainable for generations to come.
