Colombia Tolima is a distinctive coffee showcasing the bright florals and citrus characteristic of the classic Tolima profile. Grown by various producers throughout Tolima, the coffee combines a reliably balanced body and acidity with the region’s vibrant cup character.

Coffee is cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,600 to 1,950 metres above sea level, with farms averaging around 4.5 hectares. The lot includes Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra, Colombia and Typica varieties and is fully washed. The EP designation stands for European Preparation, meaning the coffee is Screen 15+ with a low defect tolerance.
