This is a fine quality coffee, in every aspect it is simply magnificent. Guatemalan organic is highly complex and exudes immense flavour characteristics, similar in some ways to malt toffee syrup. This is definitely one of the finest coffees from Guatemala, and possesses a velvety body with a rich and lively aroma, and a fine acidity.
Cupping: Fine dark chocolate, nutty, smooth, lovely acidity

Regions: San Miguel Pochuta, Chimaltenango, Atitlán

Finca Ceylan is based on sustainability. The farm has existed since the 1870’s, owned by the Echeverria family. Finca Ceylan provides support for its employees such as access to medical care and education as well as improving living standards for the families.
