Black currant, black cherry, spice, dark chocolate. Rich and intense.

Colombian Supremo coffee is grown high in the Colombian Andes and is famous for its smooth pleasant acidity,  smooth finish,  nutty overtones and rich medium to full body.  Columbia produces some of the finest coffees in the world. Supremo is the highest grade and the most uniform bean of Columbia.

A medium roast bean which produces a smooth, full-flavoured coffee.

This is our Colombian Supremo medium roasted arabica beans, a seriously powerful and bold coffee that quite frankly would suit any brew application, especially those with milk.

This particular lot is one of the punchiest Colombians we have seen in a long while.

There are dark notes that are mysterious and at the same time definitely alluring.

With that classic Colombian Black Currant streak, it combines with powerful black cherry, spice and dark chocolate complexity to give you a serious flavor hit.

A traditional favourite, Colombian Supremo grows in the rich soil of the deeply admired Popayan region of the Sierra Nevadas. Smooth and full-bodied with balanced acidity, subtle berry tones and classic aroma, this coffee is classified Supremo for its bean size. The coffee producing areas of this region of Colombia are lush with ideal rainfall, cloud cover and soil conditions that are perfect for coffee cultivation. The cool mountainous climate prolongs the development of the coffee cherry, deepening the berry flavour absorbed by its seed or coffee bean.
