Disclaimer: I like dark roasted beans, well into second crack. We make latte style coffee through a Bezerra BZ-10.
The organic Sumatra beans are large and quite uniform. Roasting is consistent between batches and produces a tasty, rich shot with good crema. Grind size needs to be very specific, as it is easy to over extract if too fine. Not as forgiving as some other roasts for some reason. This is our second order of this green bean and we can recommend it.
