At Medium dark roast (full city), I was able to bring out a spicy, medium bold body, and very smooth cup. This was directly after being roasted. I believe after between 4 or 8 days this coffee will taste its best! That's where the choc malt flavour tends to come out, in my experience with volcanic soil grown coffee. Absolutely delicious! Was roasted with an Aillio.
